In general terms, the conveyors are the equipment or set of equipment used to transport a material vertically or horizontally from one place to another. In the conveyors, which have the potential to carry many products from boxed and/or packaged materials to bulk materials, the load usually proceeds as a strip on the belt. The construction of the belt conveyors can be made of stainless, aluminum or steel material.
They are designed on the basis of transferring the product of certain grain size by moving it on a rotating helical screw in a channel or pipe. Screws, which provide high efficiency by carrying the loads up and down in a continuous flow, are indispensable equipment of the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Depending on customer preference and product identity, they can be manufactured from stainless and carbon steel materials.
The roller conveyors are the conveyors where the load can be carried on rollers, regardless of the characteristics of the drive transmission system. The conveyor rollers are connected permanently to each other with the help of transmission elements such as chains or belts. The power produced by the drive group enables all rollers to rotate at the same time, making it possible to transfer the load with the help of the friction force formed between the roller and the load.
The system is driven by a vibration motor and is used especially in the transfer of powder and small-grain materials. Depending on customer preference and product identity, they can be manufactured from stainless and carbon steel materials.
