PROCESS LINES

Process lines are one of the main elements of many industrial production facilities, particularly in the food industry. A process is a series of operations in which inputs are transformed into products with predetermined properties; a process line is the complete set of piping and equipment that connects the units carrying out these operations, such as tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, pumps and filters.

Makfen designs, manufactures and installs stainless and carbon steel process lines for food and beverage, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics plants. The line layout is planned with product flow, maintenance access and occupational health and safety in mind.
