As part of its stainless steel filter manufacturing, Makfen produces bag filters, gas filters and high efficiency air filters for processes in the food, chemical, paint and similar industries. In the most basic sense, filters are equipment that separates foreign matter from a fluid. Used in almost every sector, they play an important role in food and chemical production plants in terms of product quality and equipment protection.

Bag Filters

Bag filters continuously filter water and other liquids to the required micron level. They can be produced in stainless steel or PP (polypropylene) according to customer requirements. Very easy to use and clean, bag filters capture solids such as particles, sand, sediment and sludge and remove them from the fluid.

Gas Filters

Gas filters are designed to withstand high flow rates and pressures (up to 300 bar). Used in many different compressor lines, they protect downstream equipment and limit pressure losses, contributing to energy efficiency and operating economy.

High Efficiency Air Filters

Air filters consist of two main parts, the filter housing and the filter element, and are designed to stop airborne particles and microorganisms from reaching the product. This makes them important equipment for food and chemical companies with sensitive production. When they become dirty, cleaning, maintenance and replacement of the filter element are straightforward.
