MIXING VESSEL MANUFACTURING

Specialising in mixing vessel manufacturing, Makfen produces agitated vessels with features and functions similar to its reactor and blender range. Mixing vessels are used to dissolve, mix, homogenise, heat or cool liquid and semi-fluid products. Each vessel is manufactured from technical drawings prepared to the customer’s request and the project requirements.

Mixing Vessel Design

The vessel volume, material grade and agitator type are determined by the viscosity, density and process temperature of the product. Vessels can be made from AISI 304/304L, AISI 316/316L stainless steel or carbon steel. Depending on the product, propeller, turbine, anchor or high-speed disperser agitators are used. Where heating or cooling is required, jacketed or coil-fitted vessels are used.
