CHEMICAL REACTOR MANUFACTURING

In chemical reactor manufacturing, Makfen has been designing and building reactors for a wide range of chemical processes since 2009. Depending on the process conditions, reactors are made of AISI 304L/316L stainless steel, carbon steel or special alloys, and can be equipped with a jacket or coils, a process-specific agitator and mechanical seal, a condenser and vacuum connections. Pressure reactors are designed to EN 13445, ASME VIII or AD 2000-Merkblatt within the scope of the PED 2014/68/EU directive.
