STAINLESS PLATFORM

Makfen designs and manufactures safe, cost-effective stainless platform systems to suit the requirements of each project and application. Used for access to reactors, tanks and machines, for maintenance and as operator working areas, stainless platforms are made from AISI 304, AISI 316 or AISI 316L stainless steel, taking hygienic design principles and GMP requirements into account.

Stainless platforms are usually installed permanently around the equipment; where needed, they can also be designed as bolted modular units or as portable platforms on wheels. Because stainless steel needs no paint and resists corrosion, maintenance requirements are low, and the platforms can be used with confidence in wet areas that are washed down frequently.
