STAINLESS REACTOR, REACTOR MANUFACTURING, CHEMICAL REACTOR
The Chemical Reactors are the main reaction equipment of the plants designed and built to provide the necessary chemical reaction conditions for the chemicals, which are intended to be manufactured. After the suitable and correct reactor design and manufacturing works are carried out, other manufacturing equipment and/or machineries required for the plant or system are coupled to the surrounding of the Manufacturing Reactor. Reactor units generally used in the chemical industry are actually distillation units. The reactor units include generally main reactors and a set of equipment called vertical condenser (column), horizontal condenser and decanter.
The general operating requirements of the reactors are working under high pressure, working under high vacuum, mixing in the required mixing shape and speed, heating and cooling to the required temperature.
